One of Vertex’s most valued assets is our staff who interact with our customer accounts daily, from the staff that manage and operate the equipment in our facilities, to the staff that review processes and training procedures, adapting these to an ever-changing industry. Simply said, everyone that works for Vertex is an integral member of a vibrant and growing team.

We understand that training and updating processes is vital to not only maintaining our client’s requirements, but it also helping to keep our customers a step ahead of their competition. As such, Vertex pledges 5% of its annual payroll towards team member education; we cannot succeed without the growth of our team. Ongoing procedure and process mapping are a large part of our daily routine. Checklists are created and audits are conducted, so to ensure process integrity for all our clients.
