We understand that training and updating processes is vital to not only maintaining our client’s requirements, but it also helping to keep our customers a step ahead of their competition. As such, Vertex pledges 5% of its annual payroll towards team member education; we cannot succeed without the growth of our team. Ongoing procedure and process mapping are a large part of our daily routine. Checklists are created and audits are conducted, so to ensure process integrity for all our clients.
